Cruise Tickets: I wish to take the Optional Boat Cruise and will need

Sunday Reception - Yes, I plan on attending and will need
guest tickets at $50 per ticket.
Briefing Materials - I cannot attend, but would like to request
copy(ies) of the briefing materials (notebook & accompanying
disks), prepared for the seminar at $90.00 per set. Briefing materials
will be sent after the seminal is held but payment must be received for
in advance. Orders received after August 29, 2008 will be filled only to
the extent that extra materials are available.
