The Association’s purpose is to serve the public by
protecting the government’s rights in the bankruptcy legal
system though promotion of cooperation, communication, and
education of its members.
SABA's the 2010 conference "Bankruptcy From A Government Perspective", co-hosted with the National Association of Attorneys General,
will take place Sunday September 12 through Wednesday, September
15, At the Hotel Santa Fe, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
