  The States’ Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys is organization comprised of governmental attorneys, private attorneys representing governmental bodies, and personnel who work in the bankruptcy legal system on behalf of federal, state, municipal, county and local governmental entities. Its charge to its Members is to:

• Promote training, education and assistance;
• Disseminate pertinent information of common interest;
• Create and maintain a collegial, open and professional network;
• Be source of information and ideas;
• Further cooperation and coordination on interstate; bankruptcy matters to foster a responsive and efficient team action on the part of its; and
• Hold the Annual Membership Conference, which serves as a common meeting ground to foster education and cooperation.
